About Mr. Wortham
BIO
Keith Wortham and his wife Lindsey live in Murfreesboro, TN. Mr. Wortham was raised in Unionville and has the unique privilege of teaching at CMS in the very classroom his mother taught in when he was growing up.
As the son of an English teacher, Keith Wortham has always enjoyed English Language Arts, and became an avid fan of the Theatre Arts at an early age as well. Both subjects allow students to nurture so many essential skills that they will need throughout their lives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Mr Wortham is a proud alum of Community Schools (K-12). Then he attended Belmont University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education.
After graduating from Belmont University, Mr. Wortham filled interim positions at Pope John Paul II High School in Hendersonville, TN, and at Community High School. Prior to teaching at Community Middle, he taught for three years at Blackman High School in Murfreesboro, TN.
