🐾🦒 Learning came to life for Ms. Christle Price’s class at #CommunityMiddleSchool during their exciting recent trip to the Nashville Zoo!

Before their adventure, #students worked in small groups to research two zoo animals of their choice over the course of three weeks. Each group became “animal experts” and shared their discoveries with the class through creative presentations, including a fun “Family Feud” style game and engaging PowerPoints! 🎉📚

When the big day arrived, students couldn’t wait to spot the animals they had studied so closely. From preparation to presentation to exploration at the Zoo, this hands-on learning experience was unforgettable! 🐘🐒🦩

🏅🎉 Ms. Christle Price’s class at #CommunityMiddleSchool recently competed in the Special Olympics Area 13 Track & Field event at Tullahoma High School, and they did an AMAZING job!

For well over a month, #students worked hard preparing for this exciting competition, showing dedication, perseverance and #teamwork every step of the way. 💪👏

Students competed in events including:
🏃 100 Meter Run
🏃‍♀️ 50 Meter Run
⭐ Running Long Jump
⭐ Standing Long Jump
🥎 Softball Throw

Ms. Price’s students truly showed up and showed out! We are so proud of their hard work, sportsmanship and determination. Way to go, everyone!! 🎊💜💛

We had such a great time at the CC 5k this past weekend! 👟

Our CIS program manager surprised students with a random knock cart in the afternoons after testing. Random classes were chosen, and if their class had all students present when visited, they got a drink and snack off the cart. It was a fun way to be rewarded after their hard work during TCAP! 💜💛
